Sept. 20 -2014 Time-8.00 A.M AAP News & Update— Till date ,As per the data of Law & Justice Ministry , there are about 3 crore cases pending in Indian Courts. Out of which , 2.68 crore cases are in Subordinate courts , 44 lakh cases in High courts & 63,000 cases are still pending in Supreme court. So need of the hour is make Indian Judiciary Accountable & Responsible towards the verdicts delivered by them & that too within a specified time frame (time bound Justice), otherwise the People of India who needs genuine justice from Indian Courts , will continue to suffer in the hands of delay & Red-Tapism caused to the Poor People of India , due to lack of Accountability & Responsibilities on the part of Judges of Courts & the entire staff associated with the Indian Judiciary. Justice delayed means Justice denied, this phenomenon should no longer be allowed to linger on.
