The length of step out is about a normal walking pace. The knee of the anchor foot is close to the heel of the step-out foot. - Smooth pendulum swing with good follow-through. - Focused on aiming point throughout the delivery phases. Areas for potential improvement. - your current grip looks as though it may be uncomfortable. There is a lot of finger movement and your hand looks tense. Try re-positioning your thumb and little fingers away from the insignia. The thumb should be nearer the rings of the bowl. The little finger on the running surface.
