Sept l9 2013 is the 57th anniversary of the marriage of myself and Mary Ann Pitt Palmer...We got married and did not live happily ever after...But LIVED...Boy how we lived...Producing two remarkable children a son Brad Palmer and a daughter Joanna Palmer Lowry...A magnificent daughter in law Sherry McCaulley...Two loving grandsons Charley Palmer Collin Walker Lowry...We plan to spend the day discussing remembering viewing every moment of the past 57 years...There will be a lot laughs a few regrets some might have beens some what ifs and a lot of tears...We will place flowers on the graves of our departed love ones ...give thanks for the living Ann and Mac Smith Peggy Patterson and their families for the sheer joy of knowing and loving them...At the end of the day exhausted from the inventory of our past...we express gratitude to the God of our Understanding for bond so tight that only death will break...and that we did not miss that many splendored thing...God Bless our beloved family and dear friends...
