September 1st, new month for many getting back into a new routine and training plan. But whatever it is one of my favourite sayings is never miss a Monday or you will probably miss a Tuesday and a Wednesday you see what Im getting at here. Today I was feeling crap but no matter what you need to get it done. Little bit of prep for an up coming comp the Filthy 150. 5 to 1 hang cleans 90kg 1 legless rope climb. Time cap 5 min, just about got it done. Accessory work after 130 front squats and 3 x5 100kg hang cleans. Get after your training today.
