September 20, 2013- The Eyes of the Lord sees all Our Desires Jonathan apparently had an insight of Israel gaining victory over their warring foes: So He leaves the camp secretly with his armor-bearer hoping “It may be that the Lord will work for us’ to save by many or by few” (1 Sam. 14:1, 6b; Judges 7:4, 7). He informed his armor-bearer’ who faithfully says, “Do all that is in thy heart: turn thee; behold, I am with thee according to thy heart” (1 Sam. 4:7). United-ly they went on the mission’ and God gave them victory over their opponent! Yes, all who trust in God’s mercies, He’ll will defend’ For “The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward Him” (2 Chron. 16:9a). Our God is “Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent” and He delights in showing himself strong in the challenges of our lives. He wants us to depend on Him in every situation and prove His powerful acts on our behalf!
