September 22, 2014 Phillips Weight Loss Plan My stats today: Weight: 198.3 Normal range app 150 pounds for my height of 5-6 Note: YAHOO! YAHOO! YAHOO! YAHOO! YAHOO! I finally broke 200. Dropped over 2 pounds yesterday. I am now a little over 50 pounds lost. Glad to finally get out of that plateau. That lasted for over 2 weeks. Now I know what to expect when the next one happens. Sugar: 82 Normal Range: 70-100 Blood Press: 120/71 Normal Range: < 120/80 Heart Rate: 69 Normal Range: 60-100 Note: stats are still very good. Total Calories yesterday: 1047 Cap I set: 1000 calories per day and no more than 2000 per day. Total Carbs yesterday: 3.4 Cap I set: 20 carbs per day. Ketosis Strip: Color: dark tan Level: 3 There are 6 levels on the urine Ketosis strip tester. Note: still in ketosis, even though it has not moved up from level 3. Yesterdays meals: Brk: 1 egg, 1 bacon Lun: roasted chicken Adkins Sup: cheese burger W/O bun Snack: none Tip: dont lose your plan when you hit a plateau.stay steadfast. Observation: I couldve danced a jig when I went under 200,and the fact that I am now down over 50 pounds from my highest weight, but because of my age and my extenuating circumstances, I couldnt do it outwardly,so I danced on the inside.ha ha ha ha! Did you know that 1 pound of fat produces 7 miles of capillaries. So if you are 100 pounds overweight like I was, your heart is pumping blood to over 700 miles of additional blood vessels. Wow! No wonder we have so many heart problems. Did you know 3500 calories above or below your sustenance calories equals 1 pound of fat gained or lost. Its all science and math. DUHHHH! Did you know it takes 15 calories to sustain 1 pound of body weight. So if you weigh 100 pounds, you need 1500 calories just to maintain your weight. If you try to lose weight using calories and only eat 1000 calories per day, you save 500 calories a day. At the end of 7 days you will lose 1 pound which is 7x500 or 3500 calories which equals 1 pound. And it works in reverse. Did you know eating at under 20 carbs a day will burn fat, literally. My target weight is 150. I will achieve! And you can too!
