September 9, 2013 Media Advisory For Immediate Release This morning the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies was dispatched to the Chase Bank at 2100 Buckthorne Drive in The Woodlands. Deputies learned that as two bank employees were entering the bank to open the employees saw two men running toward them. The employees were not able to shut and lock the door and the suspects forced their way into the bank. The suspects forced the employees at gunpoint (handgun) to open a safe and the suspects left with an undisclosed amount of money. Before leaving the suspects put the bank employees in a nearby room. The suspect’s mode of escape is not known and no one has been arrested. The suspects are black males both were wearing black clothing. One of the suspects wore a white Halloween mask and the other wore a bandana over his face. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest or indictment of a felony crime. Call 800-392-STOP (7867).
