Sereena Burton was on duty at the Thames Historical Museum on Sunday when she heard, before seeing, a Kereru in the Puriri Tree in the grounds. Sereena said “The bird looked to be a fairly young one, as it wasnt quite as plump as we might have expected, but it was enjoying scoffing the Puriri berries... And relocating the Puriris seeds.” Thanks Sereena for sending us the great pics and observation.
