Series of cases died of necrotizing fascittis and myonecrosis related to contaminated From 2012 till now, there were more than 11 cases which related to Aeromonas Hydrophia infection hospitalized into National Hosptal of Tropical Diseases (NHTD) and 7 of them died. Aeromonas Hydrophila was found in almost the culture samples of blood and wound. 8 cases occurred in patient with immune deficiency (cirrhosis, HIV infection,…) and 4 patients found specific risk factors (1 paddled in waste water, 1 work in water place where there are bamboo floats, 1 patient had opened wound caused by a piece of bamboo while catching fish and ate raw oyster and onother was stunk by a bee and washed his wound with contaminatied water)
