Serious Question that I need a little help with: A friend has a little brother with has autism... but for his birthday i want to get him a basic but pretty fun durable inexpensive dj set up... and Im just trying to get pointed in the right direction... he likes things that makes sounds and uses a lot buttons... so i was just seeing what kind equipment u would suggest. because he cant talk and the only way he can communicate is through sounds and typing.. so i figure why not just give him something where he can make music instead of just sounds. Ballpark budget under $500 He has an I-pad already. So it may be a viable solution to get him some cool apps and a neat speaker. (I think i like this idea because who knows the kid may want to get some simple production or sequencer type programs and get into writing music). Also may be an idea to buy a cheap dj controller and a cheap cheap netbook? Not really sure of the technical limitations here but I certainly can look into suggestions. Input please!
