Serious advice needed.... My backyard neighbor has a giant German Shepard that barks constantly in the evening. It is impossible for us to have the windows open to enjoy the evening because of the dog. They are home while this is happening and they simply let the dog bark and never even attempt to silence him. I have talked to them civilly over the fence, sent two letters, and have had quite a few colorful shouts telling them to shut their dog up. Nothing has worked and I really do not know what to do next????
