Serious watch in Ph values this year. Very precise{# times avg.close to exact] it needs to be constantly accurate[closest to the Ph value for that vegetable]. Some survive at a wide range of Ph values,but survive better at one constant level....You would too if you were getting 3 steady meals a day of good quality. Its the break in Ph value just as it is in the moving to another school deal and missing 4 meals before they get you registered.It is a sign and state of shock.
