Seriously. Teaching a woman about what her body can do is one of the most awesome experiences. Relactation conversations not only bring out my inner educator but also my inner cheerleader. I will shake my pompoms for any woman who attempts to understand their own body regardless of what they are attempting to understand. Those women, the ones who strive to know, the ones who research and explore, they may or may not be pioneers but they are without a doubt my sheros. Knowing yourself is part of life. Lets strive to live!
