Seriously if anyone wants a great PT, call Tracey 0428 374 674. So far I have done a 1 on 1 session with her in kickboxing / cardio ( she kicked my ass, 16 years experience under her belt) BIG on technique which I think is a must and today Tracey helped me smash out a weights session at the YMCA Byford Gym ( this is what I am keen to keep doing) A full program was written up for me and she does not muck around let me tell you ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I dont refer easily .. Tell her Kirsty sent you, I assure you , you will not regret it xxx
