Seriously people, I haved lived in Duncan most of my life so I am so excited we are starting to have new places to go eat. Some locally owned and some chain restaurants. I also worked as a waitress for almost 25 years and have owned some food establishments in town. We are a very hard crowd and we have a VERY POOR WORKFORCE POOL. These businesses are seriously coming in every single day and trying to do better and please their customers. Instead of getting so mad about cold fries or not being greeted in a timeley manner and posting on facbook you will NEVER return, why dont you notify managment, who wants to know both good and bad experiences and see their response to your bad experience before you blast them online. I am not a betting person but I bet 9 times out of 10 they will resolve this in a professional and timely matter. Then if you are not satisfied have them tried and convicted for bad food or bad service. Geeeez people their is really bad stuff going on in this world you Should be worrying about but if you are that insanely pickycook foryourself at home.
