Seriously, people. Kohlrabi is an awesome veggie! Were bringing it to Western Wake Farmers Market & selling it by the pound (not the bunch) & without greens (as most of you admit to tossing them). We love to eat them just straight ol sliced, by themselves, with hummus, with a little salt. Whatever. Its delicious. The problem is this - its one weird looking vegetable & deceptively complicated. It tastes like really sweet broccoli to me. Only its better because its all crunch. Anyway, come out to WWFM Saturday & getcha some!
