Seriously so heated right now. I went down to Taco Bell on 128th street to order food for my friends and I. We sat and ate out food in the lobby and before we headed out I went to order food for my husband! I knew the cashier (who is a manager)so as I was looking at the menu we were talking about work. An employee on the line walked up and asked the guy behind me (loudly) if he had been helped yet. He shook his head no and then she turned to me and RUDELY said im going to need you to move, as she did this little gesture thing with her hands. I looked at her and stated, I am a customer, and I am ordering. Then I proceeded to order my husband a cheesy gordita.. and BOOM. She cuts me off and the employee asked if I was coping and attitude with her because she kind of detected one. I gave her a dirty look since what she was doing was completely unprofessional and I spent a GREAT deal of my working years MANAGING Tacobell. I reminded her I she was on the clock and I was a customer and she needed to treat me as such. And I couldnt believe what she said next! She told me to hurry up. I was so mad. I felt like I had to sit there and watch my food being made. Not to mention my Taco was severely underweight... I have never faced such a rude employee. Now, the cashier was my friend, but as a manager that should not be accepted in an employee. Nothing was done. At all. A few minutes later I heard the lady cleaning the lobby wisper to another lady that she wanted to kick my ass in the lobby. Needless to say I am going in there tomorrow to talk to the district manager. And posting this on EVERY yelp-review site...
