Anticipative Thanksgiving 2. General Thanksgiving Christians of today are very familiar with general thanksgiving which thanksgiving given to God after answered prayer or expectations have been met. This type of thanksgiving has the tendency to deny us of certain high levels of blessings and breakthroughs. In the Christian life, God has set kingdom principles which when obeyed gives man access to unlimited possibilities. Your ability to command the power of God into your life depends on the level of adherence to the principles of God. One of the kingdom principles which opens up the world of unlimited breakthroughs and overwhelming blessings is the principle of anticipative thanksgiving. Anticipative thanksgiving is giving thanks to God in anticipation of the manifestation of your expectations. In anticipative thanksgiving you dont wait to thank God after He has answered your prayer but you thank Him even before your expectations are met. In anticipative thanksgiving, your thanksgiving precedes the manifestation of your expectations. Anticipative thanksgiving is the highest form of praise and worship. Thanking God when there is nothing to celebrate is the highest form of faith. Anticipative thanksgiving provokes the power of God for a supernatural resurrection. Every kingdom principle that strategically positions you in the centre of your God-given destiny is a mystery. It is a mystery because there will never be any scientific proof for its power. For example, there is no scientific proof for the resurrection of Lazarus who had been dead for four days. Anticipative thanksgiving has the power to provoke uncommon miracles. Until you learn to do things differently you can never be different from your peers. Power Of Anticipative Thanksgiving 1. Anticipative thanksgiving has the power to move a person from mockery into miracles. 2. Anticipative thanksgiving confirms and validates your faith in the Lord.
