Service 1 Federal Credit Union has developed a scholarship program in honor of their late Board of Directors President, Calvin Peterson. They are offering two $1,000 scholarships to area students who will further their education in the fall of 2014. Applicants must be a member of Service 1 Federal Credit Union or the child or grandchild of a member. Applicants must also be a high school or college student who plans to enroll or is already enrolled in an undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university. Awards are one-time only and non-renewable. Funds will be applies to the students tuition. Interested students must complete the application and mail it along with a current, complete transcript.
