Service Desk Agent Salary not found A well-established ICT company in the U.A.E. is looking for a (5 Nos.) Service Desk Agent to be assigned in our project in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must have the below minimum qualifications. -Candidates must have Customer Support experience – In-bound & Out-bound. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Application. -Experience in preparing MIS Reports. -Candidates must have good command in English and Arabic (both written & spoken). -Knowledge of ITIL V3 foundation will be an advantage. -Experience in ticketing system is a plus.
