Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support We are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work on a temporary basis, initially for 3 months working within Central Gloucester. You will receive and record service desk incidents, mainly via telephone, recording details accurately and providing a high level of first line support and advice. Resolving issues at the point of contact or determining the team best suited to take over the task. The successful candidate will require either of the following: - HNC in an IT related subject or equivalent qualifications and/or experience with an in-depth knowledge of IT based systems and applications including MS Windows and Office products - Previous experience within a call centre experience with a good aptitude for IT. Working hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. £8.29 per hour To apply send your CV to [email protected]
