Service Manager – Commercial Vehicles East Rand R25 – 35 000 PM CTC (Depending on Experience) We are looking or a Customer focused Service Advisor with excellent people management skills to join a well-established concern. Your focus on driving performance will ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Department and your excellent motivational skills will come into play when guaranteeing both high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. To be successful in this role, you will need: The ability to control resources to ensure profit requirements are met and customer relations enhanced. The knowledge and skills to maximise departmental profitability through the sale of labour and associated product. Experience in the supervision of staff, management of performance, discipline and other staff management related functions.
