As a Team leader youll be responsible for delivering the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service. Youll be making and serving drinks to Costa brand standards, operating the till, maintaining stock levels and running shifts in a fast moving, professional environment. 16+ hours a week, Flexible working hours Employee discount £6.36 per hour Were looking for someone with an enthusiastic and friendly manner, who can communicate confidently with the team and the guests. Youll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, be willing to learn and be passionate about the job. Previous experience not essential as full training will be provided.
