Session today - EMOM 20 Odd minute - 5 power cleans @ 60kg Even minute - 3 strict pull-ups Rest 3 mins EMOM 10 ODD - 15 unbroken wall balls Even - 30 DUs Rest 5 mins For time - partner workout - only 1 person works at a time 100 cal Ski Erg 100 cal Row Cool little session. Again the use of the EMOM is just helping us get back into some volume with structured rest so we can maintain form and make sure we stay consistent. Over the next couple of weeks we will start to increase intensity and reduce rest periods to give us that progressive overload. JT
