Sets to failure should damn well be sets I failure! 4th round, last set of incline press as part of my chest session today. Full stack 108kg I managed 3 reps...but they were three painful muscle building reps!! Rest of my session was: flat bench 4 x 10 (90kg) Dumbbell press 4 x 10 (2x 35kg dumbbells) Incline press ups 4 x 15 Dips 3 x 10 Cable crossovers 4 x 10 (30kg each side) Then bicep session was: Bicep curls 15kg 4 x 10 (warm up) Bent over single curls 4 x 10 17.5kg Hammer curls 17.5kg 4 x 10 Outward bicep curls 4 x 10 17.5kg Side hammer curls 4 x 10 17.5kg Single arm preacher curls 4 x 10 18kg So just a small session this morning.
