Setting Goals and Keeping them is an amazing tool and motivator to keep you moving forward each day in your fitness plan. Even for someone like myself who pretty much lives in my studio 14 hours a day, there are days that I can barely get a workout in. For the month of Sept. I set a goal for myself and tomorrow is the final day for the challenge, I survived getting up at 4 am and doing sprints every am. taking one day off a week, and I will say that alarm clock wasnt my friend for the first week :-) but we are buddies now.. The Feeling of accomplishing and continuing to grow stronger and faster Is just the pay off that keeps me going. Oct. is a super busy month for me, but I plan to continue this cycle to help my endurance for my Kick ass weekend in training at AAAI-ISMA when Im practically crawling in the door at the end of the weekend but so filled with exciting new ideas for training my clients.. have an awesome day tomorrow and sweet dreams tonight... Happy Fall!
