Settled in for a nice Friday night. Susan coming back from Florida Council on Aging Meeting in Safety Harbor. Sarah dressed like a Juggalo (though she doesnt know who ICP is, she copped the look) with her friend Cade as they head to a function at the St Augustine Lighthouse. Ben Ansbacher? Doing whatever Warren Wilson College cooks up for Halloween. Best I not know. We never get trick or treaters. Or many. Loooooong driveway. Looooong front walk. Dark cul de sac. Or not! Wave after wave tonight. Darth Vader. Various Disney princesses. Ghosts. Old school G I joe. Bruce Lee? Freddy Kreuger? I am getting carpal tunnel. Huge plastic container of candy. Never expecting to use it. Supplies dwindling. Looking at bags of trail mix and mixed nuts, is it time to break them out? Hoping sugar satiated youths wont notice and egg the house. Just pressure washed today. Hunkering down. Hoping that the hordes end before the supply of goodies. down to candy fumes. The insanity. Where did they come from? Tribbles?
