Seven Days To Diwali Day 2—Dust and discard: Remember to look in the corners of your ceilings and at the edges of all those wonderful mouldings on your ceiling. Cobwebs and dust sit there inviting you to attack them with your long broom and duster. Piles of old newspapers and magazines, clothes and linen, footwear, bags (including plastic ones though you may want to cling to them as the shops are charging an arm and a leg for one), old computer and electrical parts, tiles, wood, old handbags and suitcases and books, broken furniture and dented pots and pans need to be addressed and THROWN out...never mind that you are hoping you can find a use for them someday. Rest after this and have a cuppa to take away the ‘I would have found a use for that thing’ blues!!
