Seven local service clubs will share $140,000 in grants to help fight poverty in North Central Washington. The Community Foundation of NCW and United Way of Chelan-Douglas Counties have awarded $20,000 to each of the seven organizations that have pledged to develop programs to help change the lives of people living in poverty in their communities.
