Seven weeks out. This week is the last of my high(er) rep training, in prep for IPA Nationals in November. 455x10 stiff leg deadlift, and 425x10 high bar close stance. I am still pretty new to heavy stiff legs, and have some room for improvement, buuuut my hamstrings and glutes were completely nuked after the work so I think they are still serving their purpose. The squat is the most efficient Ive done to date, and the fullest range of motion Ive achieved, for sure. Bodyweight 288. Training and nutrition by Renaissance Periodization Feed me something heavy, Mike.
