Seven years ago, I listened to just about every kind of music available. I watched television shows that didnt make God smile. I said things I regret, even now. I allowed the world to become my world. I just assumed that God knew who I really was and was willing to let my choices go. Then, Kohen left for Heaven and my world got turned upside down. As my thoughts turned to Heaven, my back turned to this world. I am so careful these days about what I listen to, watch and take part in. I am not careful because I am too good. Oh no, its quiet the opposite. I am not good enough. Song lyrics become my thoughts. So many television shows glorify sin and l am afraid, I would lower my standards. I have no desire to read books unrelated to Heaven. I am still working on being more mindful of the things that I say and post. C. S. Lewis once wrote about Christians being meant for another world. I look forward to the eternal world. I want to see Jesus. I want to hold Kohen.
