Several days ago I received a form from SGI, the provincial Crown corporation which handles our license plates and mandatory insurance. I had to declare where my car was used and that I was a resident of this province. This morning my insurance company received the form and called to say "a new form takes effect today." They had a different series of questions. It was yet another case of the government changing the rules in "mid stream." There was no reason for me to give new info since any forms received yesterday would have been hunky dory. And people wonder why we get miffed with government.
