Several months ago I received a request to rescue Fred form SBC. When planning his pull I discovered he had a brother and made the decision to take both. Fred and Barney where pulled from the shelter on their last day to live. The 8 month old pair where very bounded with Barney (short hair) being the outgoing bossy explorer and Fred the layed back passive lap kitty. They slept together, followed each other everywhere and seemed to be lost when one got to far away from the other. We insisted this brother pair go home together and after 4 months in rescue they have found a wonderful home in Carlsbad. They are 2 loveable, amazing cats and so deserve the wonderful life they will now have. Their new parents recently lost their pair of cats at 18 and 16 a couple of months apart because of terminal illness. Thanks to everyone who helped them get out and find their forever home! Very happy ending to a wonderful rescue story!
