Several months back I submitted to the OST Attorney General - TopicsExpress

Several months back I submitted to the OST Attorney General information alleging criminal and civil crimes by certain council representatives, Gary Ruse, the OST Treasurer and while being legally advised by Lisa Adams. I continue to submit information as it surfaces and did so again today.. So far I submitted 6 names for interview and enough laws to slam dunk the investigation. Two additional names were submitted requesting Whistle Blower status, that same status I have. During the meantime the Attorney General notified the Finance Committee about her investigation and pointed out the Treasurer was culpable. I think Irv Provost is culpable because his chairmanship of the Finance Committee assisted breaking Financial and Procurement laws. Provost has the guts to say all is well with tribal finances. The Finance Committee was notified that sovereign immunity is no longer available as a defense as stated in law. I was told today that although finance and procurement laws and other laws are bring broken that projects financed by the 8 million dollar Bond debt are getting moved forward. I suppose the race is to get to a point of no return with projects before the Attorney General concludes her investigation. On the radio news today, I understand it was reported that the OST Tribal Historic Preservation Office was not interested in waiving laws for a project within in Wounded Knee Massacre site boundaries. I filed the charge that criminal and civil laws were broken that involved 8 million dollars and denying Oglala voters a chance to decide if they wanted to have that debt piled onto them. Please dont let this issue escape the attention of all Oglala People by sharing if you care or liking if you agree. Dont be surprised of hearing efforts to deep six this issue because certain council representatives feel they are above tribal laws and constitution and especially the People.
