Several people have mentioned this story to me, so I figured I would comment. I see what the point of the story is supposed to be, but heres what strikes me about it: Taylors parents opened a private letter that Taylor had specifically addressed only to herself. Does that disturb anyone else, or is it just me? What if Taylor had written some profoundly embarrassing stuff in there that she never wanted anyone else to read?
