Several weeks ago Toter received an email from a customer named Ed Kelly who was looking to replace the stainless lid clamps on his 30-YEAR-OLD Toter cart. Being the wonderful cart company that they are, Toter decided to take Mr. Kelly’s request one step further. Not only did their VP, tech manager, and area field rep come by his house to personally reinstall new stainless lid clamps, but they brought with them a brand new, personalized Toter cart.
