Severe Spinal Stenosis is the reason for my agonizing back pain even after the Radio Frequency Rhizotomy three weeks ago. This morning I received a steroid injection in L4 and L5 that was extremely painful with the pain going down my left buttock and all the way down the leg. I didnt think Id walk again, but the doctor stated that the pain was a good sign because he nailed the spots and his name is Adam Hammer. I desperately hope that this will provide me with some relief, a half a day since the procedure Im returning to the prior pain level. Take this advice please, Dont get old.......quite honestly I didnt think Id be alive this long but since I have survived this long I know what my mission in life is and that is to Reboot America Musically. This back pain is a real drag and Im running out of patience being a patient but still tryin.
