Severe back pain again, Epidural did not work! 3 days straight at the chiro.. waiting for a consultation with a back surgeon. I dont think there is another option after my MRI. Im scared shitless but I cant stand the pain I am losing everything every way I turn Severe Stenosis in my spine L3 L4 L5 S1 pinches my nerves and the pain is unbearable and makes me mean and cry all at the same time. Sometimes hanging upside down help for temp relief. Not to be vein but pls keep me in your prayers.
