Shakeology Peanut Butter Cup Ingredients: 2 tsp Chocolate Shakeology 2 Tbsp Chocolate PB2 2 tsp unrefined coconut oil 2 Tbsp water 2 mini cupcake holder Directions: 1. In a microwavable safe dish, melt coconut oil. Stir the PB2 into the coconut oil and set aside. 2. In another small dish, place Shakeology and gradually add water to Shakeology for a thick pudding-like consistency. 3. Take the liners and put a tiny amount of the PB2/coconut oil mixture in the bottom of each liner. 4. Add a layer of Shakeology. 5. Top with another layer of the PB2/coconut oil mixture. 6. Freeze for 30 minutes. 7. Enjoy! ANOTHER VARIATION Ingredients: 2 TBSP melted organic extra virgin coconut oil 2 TBSP chocolate Shakeology Natural peanut butter Cupcake liners Directions: 1. Mix oil and Shakeology 2. Put a small amount of Shakeology in bottom of the cups 3. Place in freezer for few minutes to harden 4. Take out and then put a dollop of PB and spread thin 5. Put a bit more of the Shakeology/oil mix to cover PB 6. Put back in freezer for few minutes 7. Enjoy
