Shalom! good morning to everyone!1 Peter 2:24-25 “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” For “you were like sheep going astray,” but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. It is Jesus, the only one uniquely qualified to bear our sins. His punishment bought our healing. To all the lost sheep of God, it is time to come home. Return to the Shepherd of your souls. You have nothing to fear in returning, but everything to fear in staying away. Jesus has done it! He has freed you from hopelessness and separation from God. In Him you are free to return!
