Shane Fox from Central Kansas Off-Road Park here, requesting your presence at our next Meeting in Wichita. As you know we have been very very busy. We have an extremely important fundraiser coming up and weve also had our hands tied chasing a hot property. As simple as this may sound , it actually becomes very overwhelming very quickly. All of us on the board do this for the wheeling community with no selfish intensions. Every penny that gets donated goes straight to the park fund. We do NOT reimburse ourselves for anything or compensate ourselves in any way shape or form. All gas money and time vested comes out of our own personal accounts, and believe me, it gets expensive. We are getting to the point now where were going to have to ask for some help from our local groups and clubs. We would like to see at least one representative from every local group and or club at our next meeting on October 4th @ 5pm at Offroad Motorsports in Wichita. We will be grilling and you are welcome to bring beverages of your choice. We can also help in arranging car pools for those of you with longer commutes. Our park will be run by volounteers and we will be utilizing an Adopt-a-Trail program. Every club/ organization that is interested will be responsible for helping to design and maintain there own trail. We would like to see the level of interest in a system like this and get feedback as well so your attendance is very important. We will also be discussing some land and most definately getting some volounteers for the fundraiser. This is everyones park and I would like to see everyone take some ownership and get excited about this. We all have children and families, jobs, mortgage payments, and hobbies too. I hope that you can find a little time to come down and show some support as well and help us get this ball rollin. Theres a very good chance that if we can come through on our current projects that we could have keys by Jan 1st or sooner. Feel free to share this. Thank you, Ckorp Board of Directors
