Shane has been doing the night shift recently tiling the Overground at Victoria Station. He catches the last train to work and the first train back in the morning. As his body adjusted he came to the notion that in his life right now, he has no tomorrow. As he sleeps in the day, he falls asleep today and wakes up today and is up all night. Made us contemplate on man made time and time being a man made thing. I suddenly realized every single one of us have a curfew as the shops close by evening and we have to get sleep to work in the morning. If shops and clubs were open 24 7 we would not have curfews. From this conclusion i have decided i will no longer refer to dates and time, but to the type of moon when i am talking about a day to meet. With time i will say meet me at dawn or mid dawn, noon or mid noon, dusk or mid dusk and then night or the void of night. I will consider the solstice when starting new ventures. I think that puts less pressure on people. Being an African and having to consider African time when meeting with some family and friends, :-) i think this method would help every-one go through their days and time without being so linear and it makes reality more beautiful without all the numbers. :-P
