Shane has been on chemo this week - apart from feeling tired he has again been rocking the treatment...even helping out with some DIY building at our place! This is the last round of chemo for Shane ~ wahooooooooooooo! Shane is still on the drug trial which included monthly injections up at the hospital and two monthly MRIs. Hopefully we will now being seeing a little less of the oncology department. To celebrate we are off to the snow this weekend, no boarding for Shane (docs said no) and no boarding for me (bones still soft from baby)..so Miss Sophia is taking one for the family and having ski lessons while we keep warm and toasty in the café. Shanes journey of recovery continues with daily meditation, clean eating, juicing, supplements and mindful living. He is planning on attending another Gawler foundation retreat that is being held in Wanaka, NZ in November .. made possible by all of the amazing support we have been receiving from each and every one of you.
