The tattoo artist known as Mistah Metro tattooed a red heart with an arrow and the names Mel and Alex on the dog, while it was sedated for a surgery to remove its spleen. Many critics call the tattoo abusive. The artist locked up his Instagram account and other social media sites after a website published the photo of the dog, leading to an uproar. What do you think?
