You have 48 hours to complete the ice challenge (sit/stand with your feet in a bucket of ice water and have several buckets of ice water slowly poured over you - the cold shock, and constant cold mimics how it feels to be on chemotheraphy) and pledge to donate $10 to a Cancer Foundation, (theres probably freedom to donate to another worthy cause) or opt out and donate $100. This challenge has gone global, and ranges from the average bloke in the back yard to Mike Pero by his pool.
