If 10 people from detroit are interested in doing all 5 parts it will be 1/3rd of the cost. I learned the daily wakeup preparation, and it changed how I function throughout the day. I was told the shaolin yoga level 1 part would make the stuff you learn in a studio look like childs play. It is only necessary to have one of the requirements to take the course - Intructor Permission is granted fairly easily if you are physically healthy or familiar with using your body in some way (performer, dancer, aerialist, etc.) and I was told it drastically improves aptitude for all these activities. contact me with any other questions - time and cost - check this stuff out, it is really worthwhile.
