Shaping the Boulders. Went hard on shoulders as its one of my weak spots due to the size of my biceps. ( Calfs is another ) One of my philosophy in training is to target your weak / lagging areas and train it twice a week. As competition gets closer, Im working hard to bring up any lagging body part for a complete presentation on stage. My prep is going real good and my physique is coming to form. Im looking forward to this challenge. The journey has begun.
