Share this video with EVERYBODY. Okay? I cant believe the gall of this guy. Sorry Governor, but the minimum wage IS necessary. It keeps people that think like you from paying their employees even LESS than that. The current minimum wage is an insult to the millions of hard working Americans that are forced to accept it. Most of the people I know that are working these minimum wage, or close to it jobs are trying to hold down 2 or 3 of them just to pay the rent and feed their families. They dont have the time or the money to go back to school to learn a new trade. They are too damned busy just trying to survive. Are you planning on paying them while they go to school? Are you going to provide day care for their kids while they are taking these classes? What about their rent and utilities? None of these things are free, so these folks have to work to pay for them. When are they supposed to have the spare time to better themselves? You make vague statements about jobs that pay 2 or 3 times the minimum wage, but I didnt hear anything about how the people that need them are supposed to go about getting the training for them.
