Share to your wall to find and prepare later n-a-Hurry Easy Cinnamon Buns ★ Share ★ Share ★ Share ★ Share ★ 4 cups almond flour, divided 1 (single-layer) white cake box mix 2 heaping Tbsp active quick-rise yeast 1 teaspoon kosher salt 2 cups warm water (120 to 130 degrees) 2 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup organic brown sugar 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of the flour with the cake mix, yeast, salt and warm water. Thoroughly combine until smooth. Add in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured countertop and knead until smooth (add in flour as needed so not sticky) - roughly 6 to 8 minutes. Roll out into a rectangle about 9 x 18. Using a knife, spread butter (as if buttering a piece of bread) over the entire dough. Now sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Starting from the long end, roll up and pinch seams together. Cut into 1 slices and place onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Cover and allow to rise until doubled in a warm place (roughly 15 to 20 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 15 to 20 minutes (or until lightly golden). Frost while warm with your favourite frosting, if desired. ~ Enjoy!! Want more Recipes?
