Shared - Natalie Samson The vast expanse of the night sky was illuminated with lights from Ganesh Pandals and there was a glow creating a halo around the place.As the thundering drums bidding adieu to the Lord of People was reverberating across the city, I was sitting in my room brooding about todays episode of Rangrasiya. Well,not much time left before, we too would be saying goodbye to our favourite characters and stars of the show. I travelled back in mind to the beginning of 2014 when every late evening was awaited with so much anticipation to the blossoming love story of Rudra and Paro. What we are seeing right now between Myrah and Rudra is just the left over remnants of the all consuming emotion that we watched and savored between Paro and Rudra. So many thoughts swirled around in my mind like If only Paro wakes up from a nightmare! If only they had not killed Paro! If only Myrah turns out to be Paro! If only I wake up in the morning and find out that RR is continuing! If only they had given late night slot to RR! If only they had enough time to pursue Tejawat track ! If only wishes were horses........ Sigh... so many ifs...I wondered about the next time that we will see SanIsh on screen.As PaRud they created magic. Never have I seen a pair on small screen with so much chemistry. All the off screen segments tell us a different story. Ashish thinks twice before expressing any opinion, Sanaya blurts out whatever comes in her mind. While not shooting,he likes to be left alone ,she is all over the place giving suggestions and advice. Most of the time she is on her toes, itching to do something or the other., while he looks totally lost and deep in thought. During interviews,he always looks little annoyed at her joie de vivre(cheerfulness) and she always looks little peeved off at his aloofness. He is an introvert, she is an extrovert. She is not familiar with Hindi,he composes verses in Hindi !!!!!! Such opposites but together they set the screen on fire. Even if the story has lost all essence,as Myrah and mellowed Rudra, their charm still draws viewers.We never get over some pairs even after they move on in life. We wait with bated breathe for their next venture and some times they come back with a bang and sometimes we never get to see them together.I hope and wish that Ashish and Sanaya will come back together soon and bewitch us again with their magic.
